The Sea of Red Tail Lights!

The title was perfect for this weekend.....This weekend I drove with my friend Heather to Atlanta. She was taking her little girl Ayden to meet her mama at the airport so she could fly back to Mississippi with her. However, her brother is learning to fly planes so he flew a little 4 seater from MISS to ATL with the instructor and her mama to pick Ayden up. Needless to say, there was a little anxiety there!!! The flight, plane, whole thing ended up being perfect though It was a gorgeous night to fly. The only thing that was not quite perfect was the travel to Atlanta. A 6.5 - 7 hour trip turned into a 10.5 trip. Seriously.... it got humerous at the end. All we could do was laugh. We went through 10 traffic jams, I used the bathroom at a Diesel Truck Stop where the truckers wash their trucks (Very UGH... but when it gets to the emergency point, you gotta go), then on top of all of that, Heather got a ticket. Adventurous was the best way to describe the travel experience, but we still had a blast! I realized that God places people and friends in your life for a reason and Heather is a keeper. Kind of crazy how those southern girls are just raised the same... whether it is Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, etc...

We did have a great time! We stayed in Buckhead and realized how much we missed seeing the GORGEOUS Dogwood trees blooming and the hills and mountains. Not to mention, that is the best shopping right??? We loved every minute of our trip and got some good laughs.

I found out my friend loved Whatamacallits like me, had a 240sx stick shift as a first car like me, hates heights like the parachutes or free fall at Six Flags like me, loved some good old barbies like me, can eat up some cracker barrel like me, thinks a "coke" stands for dr.pepper, coke, sprite, pepsi, whatever like me, loves some black mascara b/c she has blonde eyelashes like me, and the list goes on and on. The only southern thing I think I have missed out on is Chocolate biscuits and gravy, but she is going to introduce me to those very soon. Right now so many of you southern girls are getting this.... totally!!! Glad I got to spend the weekend with you Heather, even if 3/4 of it was in the car, haha!!!

I heart weekends!!!

Today was just gorgeous here in Florida and the best part is.... it is FRIDAY!!! At the very last minute this morning, when everything seemed to fall right into place, Jeremy and I decided to go to breakfast at Panera. Charlee Kate loved this. She just loves being out and about and she just loves the people too. I have big plans for her over the next few weeks. We leave for Bama a week from today. We haven't been there since Christmas so we are very excited to see so many family and friends.

My little girl all in blue today!!! I loved her little shoes on her. She couldn't kick these off very easy, but the pants are still a little long so you couldn't see them that well.

As I started thinking about everything that will be taking place over the next 2 weeks, I got a headache, stressed, and even some anxiety, haha! Then I read in my Fitness magazine that 1.5 oz of chocolate everyday is supposed to reduce the stress hormone. Therefore, I take that to mean that more is better right? Easter candy here I come!!!!

However, to end my Friday I had 2 of the most hilarious events happen at school. 2 little girls misspelled important words and BOY DID IT CHANGE THE MEANING OF THEIR WRITING!! I love invented spelling!!! I will not post their sentences on my blog, but just email if you would like to know. Lets just say one little girl needs to learn the difference between her lower case b's and d's. More pictures and posts to come later, but I will be on the way to Atlanta first thing in the morning. CK gets quality time with daddy!!!

Oh I could just squeeze her this morning! This was taken with my phone but I will post real pictures tonight. She has on my crocheted sweater when I was little and I love this smocked outfit!!! It has little shorts with it but just so sweet!

Ready for a beautiful Tuesday!!! Not my normal "funky outfit" little girl. A little more preppy and comfy for today!

This is my usual afternoon... banana nut bread, oreo bites (which I eat millions of), Junior mints, and cookie dough. Jeremy said that most teachers take "rolling carts" to school, which by the way, will NEVER be me!!! However, he said I need a rolling cooler just to take all my sweets. I am having major sweet issues, but..."NO" I am not pregnant! LOL

Lately things have been crazy around the Wilson house. We had my mom here for 6 days, Jeremy was in and out from Miami, to going to Orlando with me, to flying to Alabama. He was gone non-stop. Charlee Kate had to adjust to crazy days, a new time change, and then flying to Bama and back. I had 2 days to get lots of "chores" done while I was all alone. However, I only felt caught up for about 2-3 hours, then it all started again, haha! The good thing is, we are all happy, healthy, and enjoying this gorgeous Florida weather. Here are a few pictures from the past few days.

Photo Session

This just sums up the FUN photo session. Love it!!! Kelly and I were laughing at this point! We have to cut the babies a little slack though, it was about 10 minutes from their bedtime so they were ready for bed!!!

What has happened to me? I have had help here and not a lot of recent pictures?? haha! Mom was here for 5 days for her spring break. We seem to stay on the go or I am always trying to accomplish something, especially since Jeremy was gone. I have taken soooo many pictures of Charlee Kate that if I go a day or two without a picture of her I feel like a slacker. Like I have said before, who really has time for pictures? I have always been a big picture taker, but since Charlee Kate has arrived, I take them even more. That makes sense because the pictures were getting pretty old of just us and Chloe. I always make time for it because I want to capture every little minute of this little chunky monkey. I will always remember her pictures, not necessarily the other mess that I tend to do sometimes like laundry and vaccuuming. Next, Mom wanted a few pictures of all the kids together and this gets more interesting the older they get. Enjoy!

Ella is like "seriously??". Kelly said she looked constipated here. haha! That is what makes our photo sessions fun, the crazy faces we get.

This is where Jeremy and I went to eat in Orlando. It was very good! 2.5 hours at a restaurant won't happen very often, but when it does, it is nice to just sit. The chairs were so comfy. I could have slept in them.

Charlee Kate shopping

Jeremy and I got a nice break to go to Orlando this weekend while mom kept Charlee Kate. It was MUCH NEEDED break even though I was constantly thinking "what is she doing". That is NOT because I don't trust my mom, but that is the "new mommy" in me. It was nice though. We actually sat a sushi restaurant or 2 1/2 hours. Mom had lots of fun with Charlee Kate and here is a picture of Charlee Kate and mom shopping at Target.

Last weekend at Seaside

Here are a few pictures from our weekend at Seaside. We had a wonderful time and the weather was just gorgeous! We spent lots of time outside shopping, eating, and then of course... I was running, haha! The race was a really fun one! I got to see Lindsay and run the race with her and some of her friends which made it even more fun. I sure do miss those Bama girls!!!

After the race was over! I really enjoyed the run!

Ducky time finally!!!

I wanted this ducky soooo long ago and she has had it, but is finally taking baths in it. She should have been in it a few weeks ago, but we just never moved her there. She loves it!!!

This little outfit. I had to let her wear it soon before it was too small. She looked so cute in it but I remember pictures of me in this outfit. I wore it sleeveless with nothing under it, but I couldn't do that today. Too cold!!! I loved it though! I am so glad my mom and Jeremy's mom saved some of our outfits.
