NYC part 1

We have waited for this trip for awhile! I always knew I wanted to take Charlee Kate to NYC for her first American girl experience! I am so glad it actually worked out! It was truly the BEST NYC experience!!

This was part of her 5th birthday. Her 5th birthday turned out to be more like a 16th!! It was worth it though! We had an early flight on November 1st (day after trick or treating...crazy planning) but Charlee Kate was ready to go. We changed planes in Charlotte which was great because Ella and Kelly got on with us there.
A little ways into the flight she took a nap (thank goodness! It had been a long week for her with red ribbon week, Halloween, and the anticipation of our trip)
Meeting up in Charlotte and boarding for NYC. We had matching outfits for each day. This day was juicy track suits!
Waiting on our luggage at NYC airport. We used Uber...can't imagine ever issuing yellow taxi again! We used them once for the girls to experience it, but after that, it was Uber!

First day it rained just a little. Didn't last long but it didn't stop us either! After that weather was beautiful!!!

First stop...Times Square and Toys R Us!
They couldn't wait to ride the Ferris wheel

After toys r us and eating lunch in Times Square....we headed to SOHO. I really wanted to checkout Custo and there were other stores to hit up as well. We took the subway. One of Charlee Kate's favorite things!
Subway riding!
This was one of many surprises for the girls! Juicy couture matching pajamas
I couldn't wait to bathe her every night! I just felt yucky! The first night after baths, we had to run to the market/deli across the street so they wore pajamas! We didn't care. It was short and sweet and they looked so cute!
First night of relaxing...we had to wipe the place down. Didn't you know remotes have lots of germs! Yuck!

The next few days were my favorite with our amazing weather and fun activities!!!
