So here it goes.... you need some time for this, lots and lots of pictures and I wanted to capture our WHOLE weekend all in one blog posting!
The weekend started in Nashville with a very fun bridesmaid luncheon for Emily! The bride to be has been a part of my life since she was 6 WEEKS old. Here is Emily with Patsy (her mom), and me and my mom.
All the wonderful bridesmaids. She had 9 bridesmaids and then me, as her matron of honor. It was definitely an honor to be a part of her wedding!
The Rehearsal dinner was at a fun place that overlooked Nashville. Mom and dad came and brought Charlee Kate for a little while, then they left and we stayed for all the "memory talks about the bride and groom" and then we went out for a little bit.
Oops... a little out of order, practicing for the big day! Emily with her real dad and step dad
My turn!!!
Back to the rehearsal dinner. Out on the balcony at the dinner placeJustin and Emily when we went out after the rehearsal dinner. We went out to a very country bar in Nashville. It was quite entertaining to say the least... the crowd was a little different.
Part of the crowd
The day of the wedding. Emily and I went to do downtown Franklin to get our hair done and I am in love with this little town. I would move there in a heartbeat! Here is a sign that was outside one of the cake bakerys. The salon we went to
Charlee Kate and I at the reception
Emily's special shoes.... The Jimmy Choos
Charlee Kate loved this big white couch. She would just sit and play on it and show off! She had a cute pink bow to match her cute pink shoes, but it was off by this point.
Now time for the big party in BAMA! We drove home after the wedding, only to get in at 2:30 in the morning and have a party the next day. All in all, Charlee Kate did very well to be all off her schedule. She wasn't too sure about being the center of attention though.
These next few pictures all happened in order... you can tell that she started out loving the whole smash cake thing until everyone started laughing at her putting her foot in it. Then you will see that she did not like that too much!
At this point everyone is laughing!
This was her response...
Time to leave Bama and Nashville and head back to Florida. We were not ready to go home, but it was time. She was sooooo good on the flight home.
The one year old pictures are up and I have no idea how I will decide which ones to chose from. They are all so cute and my photographer did a great job capturing my sweet little angel. Here is the site you can go to and view them when you have the urge!
