Her first race

Her first race! It was at shades cahaba and it was this past Sunday. She wasn't too sure she wanted to do it at first. I think she was afraid of losing and in her mind it was probably not a lot of people. When she got there and saw her friends, she got really excited! I ran it with her. I think she decided it was a lot of fun.

God didn't really make me to be a runner but I enjoy it. She wants to do the Mercedes kids race in February. That's one I always enjoy too!

9 months old

Long over do post! I typed it a month ago but never posted it. Now it's time to type a 10 month post!

Well there is my big big boy at 9 months old!! I don't know how that's possible! He was definitely the "missing piece" to our puzzle to complete our family. I think he has us all three wrapped around his little finger! I say it all the time but I am truly living my DREAM! I am so thankful God answered my prayer with this baby boy. He was worth waiting for and worth many months of negative testing, tests, needles, ultrasounds, and all that is involved through the infertility process. Being pregnant is a blessing and I loved every minute of it!

Now...time stand STILL! I love my babies at these ages

9 month happenings:
- he still is NOT mobile! He is thinking about it but it hasn't happened yet which is ok in my books. Once he starts moving, he will never stop
- he is still so long! Not so much chunky just long! We are going to have a tall boy... No shrimp boy here!
- he is happy 97% of the time and laughs, laughs, laughs! I hear a cry if he wants to be held, tired, or if he gets mad at something random
- he is my hip baby!
- he LIGHTS up when he sees Charlee Kate! The are precious together
- he loves to be on the go! Stroller is our #1 method but car works too. He just likes to be out and see people
- he has been sleeping through the night since 4 months old! Took him longer than it did CK but we are there
- he loves to lick Steel City Pops!
- there are 5 teeth now!
- finding clothes for a boy is like a full time job! I don't like traditional and so that makes it tough. He's just now getting to the point of me putting him in my favs
- hair is growing! Looks to be blonde! I can't believe I may have two blonde babies! 👍
- peek a boo still makes him laugh but honestly if you look at him and smile...he laughs!
- baby sign language...he's getting it! "More" is his best
- growing out of the pumpkin seat! He will be in a big seat soon. He's kicking the back seat

October weather started nice!

Saturday...it was a day with just me and these two blessings because Jeremy went to oxford MS with a friend. It ended up being one of the BEST days with them! I started out with getting them Roll Tide ready!

I never realized my mums and pumpkins had fallen until I looked at the pictures
I loved this jacket on him but it made him look like such a big boy!
Heading out for a long walk, picnic, and downtown window shopping

Picnic at the park! B and I were laying on a blanket while CK had her imaginary play going on! It was so cute to watch
Mums and pumpkins before they fell
Sunday we picked another park for a picnic. B had a Pluot which he was loving
That sweet face!
Hanging out by the fire pit and roasting Marshmellows to make s'mores

A post of pictures

Well photo updates! I have missed taking a bunch lately but I am back on track!

Since AL had an off weekend last week we took a trip to the lake with friends. Much needed break!
Girls playing at the lake
I love to go for a run there. So peaceful but tough going up nonstop hills with a stroller. I saved the actual climb to the top of the mountain for the end. It was a workout!!! Someone else just snoozed while I was sweating!
I was soooo grateful to have my mom get B one day for me to deep clean! I do this often but amazing how much faster it goes when NO one is home but you! Then Jeremy's mom came over one day and I ran errands alone! That went pretty fast too! My little man does enjoy stroller and car rides though. He hates to miss them. I may be investing in cold weather stroller gear bc we are out everyday!

Auburn and alabama sweet friends!
Charlee Kate had cheer clinic last week for two days, then cheered at the Homewood football game. She was totally in her element! She has her mommy in her!

Saturday morning coffee run! Some little guy woke mommy up early (I think it's a tooth!) sooooo off to grab some coffee
Love love love this face...no matter what time of the day it is

Our days!

More football pictures from about 2 weeks ago.

Celebrating a Sweet friends birthday! Anna Kathryn and Charlee Kate

Walking into school with her friend Mary Addison. They love to walk in together every morning

My dad walked to school with us one Friday and had lunch with Charlee Kate! Priceless!

Waiting on her friends to walk in! Glad it's fall weather to wear all our cute pants!
Mom and I took Beckham to spend the day with grandmother ogle! He showed out!
Not a happy girl on this Wednesday! Rough morning...routines can be hard! But...I thought she sure did look cute

It was another Roll Tide Saturday!

Two cuties who act just like brother and sister!

He has waited MANY years to go to a Garth Brooks concert (18 to be exact bc that's how long it's been since Garth has been on tour). I do get he was entertainer of the year "back then" and an all time amazing country singer, but my expectations weren't too high for the concert. I think I was more excited to see Jeremy's reaction (below...never stopped smiling), but to my surprise it was a GREAT concert! We went with our friends Steven and Lisa who we love to do anything and everything with. After...dinner at Ruth Kris! After 5 hrs of sleep...up and out to T-town!!!
Jeremy and I did enjoy date day and shopping in ATL on Friday. That was nice!
Heading out! Country ready...
- belt buckle
- cut off shorts (Jenn's for Jeremy)
- boots (frye snake skin for me and black for Jeremy!)
