It's time to play catch up!

Oh how I have soooo much to catch up on! For the next few days I may be drowning in things to do, but I know it always gets done. Until then... all these pictures were taken with my camera phone. I have so many to upload from my actual camera and some very cute pictures (still from the wedding and still from Charlee Kate's birthday in Tampa). Here a few to get by until then!

Haley and Charlee Kate. For those of you who do not know Haley, my family started keeping her at about 6 months old (or earlier). We claim her as part "Whatley". I can't believe she is literally old enough to baby-sit my child! That is so crazy to me! This was after Charlee Kate's party. She was all "comfy" at this point and just relaxing.

This picture was taken at the Tampa airport before leaving for Nashville. My little lovey did so good on this whole trip considering she wasn't feeling that great and we had her ALLLL over the place and all off her schedule.
Playing at the airport in Birmingham before it was time to take off!
As we were flying into Nashville, we had so much turbulance. This is why... check out all the clouds and you can tell how high some of them are, there were some stormy ones!!!
More pictures to come very very soon!

Busy, traveling, busy, traveling!!!

Busy, busy has been what we have been since Thursday. We flew to Nashville for my friend Emily's wedding. Emily is more like a sister to our family and always has been. It was a busy and fun weekend all together! Friday we had the bridesmaids luncheon at a really neat place outside of Nashville. Then that night we had the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. I stayed with Emily at her hotel that night after we went out with a few of the people. Saturday was a day of hair, make up, and even a little shopping through downtown Franklin. I fell in love with this little town. Very quaint and cozy... loved it! Then it was time for pictures and getting ready for that big moment.

I think this was truly one of the sweetest weddings I have ever been to. It was so special and so much fun. I think it was everything Emily and Justin could have wanted. They are an adorable couple together and they definitely have their priorities in line with God being number one. No wonder everything about that day was amazing!!!! I have many, many pictures to still get together and post, but until then... check out the few pictures her photographer took.

What a weekend!

I have no idea where to start from this past weekend. So many exciting events that took place in Nashville and another birthday for Charlee Kate. It will take a few days to sort through pictures. Until then... here are 2 other pictures from my wonderful photographer and just know... so many more pictures are yet to come. I am still enjoying time with my family so blogging has to take a back seat for a few days : )

All alone...

So this past weekend, I was all alone. Just me and Chloe!!! Jeremy and Charlee Kate flew to Alabama. Jeremy has had this trip planned forever to go to the Bama/Penn State game, then we decided to have him take Charlee Kate. My mom loves any chance she can get to see her and his mom had not seen her in over 2 months, so he surprised her. Both Gammy and Nana were just over the moon having her there and they loved it! For me, it was hard to let her go. She has gone to Bama without me before, but I guess I just don't get enough of her during the week when I am working, so its hard. However, there was so much that I needed to do at home and I was able to do it all in those 2 full days.

I stayed busy, busy, busy! The idea of just sitting on the beach and reading a magazine would be nice, but I am just a busy bee. I Love it and always have! I am like my dad, we don't sit still for very long!!! I was able to get in a good long run on Bayshore, which is a favorite of mine! I was able to spend 6, almost 7 hours cleaning. Yes I now have a house that is spic and span and then reorganized lots of things. I was able to do this without having to stop. Then I had some time to just enjoy eating with a couple of friends and watching the Bama Game!!!! On top of all of that, we have a big wedding coming up in Nashville next weekend along with Charlee Kate's first birthday party in Bama. I had lots of packing to do to make sure that nothing was left out!

Soo.... it was a great productive weekend, but I was super excited about having Jeremy and my little lovey back home with me!!!

Now lots of pictures will be coming soon because we have so many fun events planned for the next 6 days

Picture time!

One year old pictures.... accomplished. Mother Nature did not want to cooperate with us for these pictures. We did them in 2 sessions on 2 different Sunday afternoons and it rained both times, but you can tell from the pictures that Mother Nature did NOT win. We managed to get lots of pictures either way and there are sooooo many more yet to come! Stay tuned! The top picture has to be my favorite though. I have been waiting and waiting to do a cute lollipop picture, especially considering the fact that I got on a lollipop "kick" when I did her bedroom.
"Auntie Ashley" gave her this adorable Alabama outfit so we decided to let this be the focus for one of our family pictures. We had to support our Bama team! ROLL TIDE!

What a great weekend!

What a great weekend we had! It started with mom coming in on Friday night. I had lots of places I needed to go and that is always easier with extra help so we took Charlee Kate out on Saturday and I did all the fun things I needed to do. On Sunday, my photographer came and "finished up" Charlee Kate's pictures from last weekend when it rained. That is what the above picture is from. We had stripped Charlee Kate down to bloomers so I grabbed my camera and took a picture. It was so cute. It did sprinkle some that day we took the pictures and Charlee Kate loved it. She just wanted to stand in the rain so at one point, we just let her!!! Charlee Kate really did enjoy having Gammy here to visit. She had lots of fun with her.

We had breakfast at Cracker Barrel one morning and here is my little lovey. She is always on the go now and has to be VERY independent! She does not want help... the fun has started!
We had Brady while K&K were at the beach. We had him all weekend and I think Charlee Kate loves him more than us, LOL. She just gets so excited when she sees Brady
Shopping at the mall! She walked the entire mall. The stroller was basically there to hold packages and yes at this point...she was barefooted. Her sandals rubbed blisters on her feet so I just let her go. However, I did find some shoes that are MUST haves. I am soooooo excited about them. She got 4 pairs of shoes this weekend, but I have been on a shoe kick and she needs some to wear now that she THINKS she needs to walk all the time.
Neimans. Her absolute favorite store. She will sit and play in here as long as I will let her. They do baby showers there and the lady there said "you totally need to have one here next time". We are frequent visitors b/c CK will just sit and play in there for days. I have more pictures of her there than in my house.

She loves the stuffed animals

Shopping at SAKS, but she didn't find all these stuffed animals as much fun as Neimans, haha
This is her exact blankee, but I left hers at home. She found this on the top shelf at Neimans and HAD to have it so I let her hold it while we were there.

Mom taught her to lay on Brady and she loved it. She would go just sit in the floor to rub on his back. I think she felt like he was the big lion stuffed animal at Neimans. She just loves him!

Her new thing... THE STAIRS!!!

Birthday Girl's week!

What a great Birthday Week my little girl had! I just can't believe she is one year old! Her Gammy comes this weekend so she will have lots of fun with her. More pictures to come!!!

These are her "Sing a ma jigs" that we gave her. She cannot figure them out but they are so funny. They sing and harmonize together. I think Jeremy likes them more than she does.

Bow looks cute, but it is on it's way off...
Almost off....
Accomplished!!! Handing it to daddy
