This weekend!

We have had a wonderful weekend! Jeremy's mom came in on Saturday. That happened to be her birthday too. Charlee Kate and I hung out at International Mall while Jeremy went to pick her up from the airport. CK loved watching all the kids in the play area. She watched them play for about 45 minutes on her little blanket (didn't want her touching all that germy stuff). We took her to eat at the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. It was sooo yummy! I know Cheesecake Factory is a "chain restuarant" but to me it is so much better than normal places like Outback, Chilis, the usual. I love it and the atmosphere there at International is so much fun. Charlee Kate loved their bread too. However, she sat with her back to us the whole entire meal. She wanted to look at the people at the other table. It got to be pretty funny. Barbara and I were able to shop until the mall closed and Jeremy took Charlee Kate home to bed. We enjoyed our day on Sunday of just getting things done after Church. I finally organized Charlee Kate's clothes and labeled all my bins how I liked it. I realized it is pretty pathetic how much stuff she has now, but I love it and love seeing her in all those cute outfits.

This is my last week of school. I am so excited! We are going to mom and dad's condo on Friday for the whole next week. I am really looking forward to spending the summer with my little girl. Lots of pictures coming soon. I sent my camera with Jeremy already so I won't have it again until the weekend. But.... I should be getting a new phone this week and that will make for much better pictures : )

A few randoms

Here are a few random pictures. We have had a great week! Already Friday and I am so thankful. Nana (Jeremy's mom) flies in tomorrow for 5 days. She is so excited to see Charlee Kate. Next week is my last week of school. I am so excited so I can have time off with my little girl! Her favorite thing to do now is "pow wow" like an Indian. It is so cute and I love to watch her do that.

This picture is for the lady that made all of these outfits/bows, etc... I didn't get to keep them all, but I got to take CK's picture in them. I just loved them.

I have changed uhh? Just kidding, obviously this is not me, but Gisele Bundchen. Every single night we walk, the whole family! We never miss it! Charlee Kate in her stroller with her teething ring and Chloe following on her leash. Sometimes we run (which means Chloe has to stay home), but it is always a fun event. After Seeing this picture, Chloe needs to ride in the front with CK. However, she has to fit in the Quinny Buzz because I love my stroller for running, walking, or just strolling.

Marty and Charlee Kate at the park one day. She sends me pictures from time to time so I can see what my little girl is doing during the day. Believe it or not, she is getting hair, but hard to see, LOL

Mommy Heaven

I am officially in "Mommy Heaven". First of all, all my baby girl has done is laugh, talk, laugh, talk. It was truly the best long weekend I have had in a long long time. We totally enjoyed all the cooking, walks, runs, pool, etc... She was just so much fun and it makes me want summer here even faster. One thing is for sure, my little girl may skip the WHOLE crawling thing. She gets soooo mad if she cannot get something, but immediately looks for your fingers to help her up so she can try to walk to it.

I should have known she would do her own thing... that means she is truly "MY CHILD". I am sure my mom is shaking her head yes as she reads this. But seriously, she is so much fun right now. Everyday, I could literally eat her up!

I did have pictures of her in her stroller ready to "roll". We do not miss a night of walking or running. Sometimes we run as a family then go back and get Chloe and sometimes we all 4 just walk, but both Charlee Kate and Chloe do not want to miss our nightly routine : )

I told you I was "back!" I have been on a roll with pictures (and my baked goods but that doesn't mean much, LOL). I have had lots of posts lately so it may be a few days before I get another one going. You may see this outfit again on the 4th of July but until then... Happy Memorial Day

An amazing Saturday...

We had such a fun Saturday! Our whole weekend has started as just a "whatever we want to do when we want to do it" type of weekend. It was so nice this morning when I went out for my morning run and we took Charlee Kate to a few places after that. We bought her a little pool for the backyard. This is really for our plants when we go out of town so that is why it is a "cheap-O" but we decided to let her use it until then. She loved it and stayed in it for well over an hour.

Chloe did not want to miss out on the fun either.

This is the end result... a garden with tomatoes and squash. Since having Charlee Kate, I have become the BIGGEST tomato fan. I eat them all the time now and beforehand, I never ate them. We will see what happens : )
