Roll Tide!

My little girl has had nothing but fun for a solid week! No school, no schedule, just fun! It caught up with her last night! Whew...she needed a routine and a nap back. She still thrives off naps! After almost 13 hrs of sleep and waking up at 9:20 this morning... She was a new child! We had the best day together. I love my one on one time with her : )

Happy thanksgiving!

We have so much to be thankful for! We are definitely blessed beyond measures for our little family, baby Wilson on the way and the long road it took to get baby Wilson, our family and friends, health, being back in Birmingham...and so much more! December holds many many exciting events that we can't wait for! Happy thanksgiving!

Roll tide!

We took Charlee Kate to the game Saturday even though it was cold! We knew it would be a "glorified scrimmage" but she had fun. It didn't take long after the game for her to take a little nap. 

I am so excited it's thanksgiving week! I don't get too excited about Turkey and dressing but I am excited to see all our family and I always enjoy Black Friday shopping! I haven't missed it since I was probably in 7th grade, but this baby could determine otherwise. Anxious for my dr appt each Monday! I must say...I love the cold cold 20-40 degree weather! It feels like the holidays! 

I am catching up...

It's been a week since I have posted. I have pictures to post, but just haven't gotten them up yet! They are coming! Everything is still going great! I can't believe Thanksgiving is a week away! Charlee Kate is counting down until Thanksgiving! She knows that baby comes next and then Christmas. She is just so excited!!!

 

Doctor visits are good! Everything looks great for the baby! It is in position, but nothing is happening so we just go about our day as we always do : ) I am so excited and ready to meet this baby, but yet... I don't want the pregnancy to end yet. I was this way with Charlee Kate too.... bitter sweet! I have loved being pregnant (minus the vericosity, purple right leg... haha). Other than that... all is great. Will keep the posts coming!

Happy birthday!!

Happy happy birthday to my husband! It's hard to believe we started dating when he was 17 and now he is 36... 19 years!! If anyone is deserving of this special day it's him! I say it all the time, but Charlee Kate, baby Wilson, and I are lucky to have him to take care of us. His parents raised him well and he puts all of our needs before his own. Birthdays just become another day at this point in life but we have tried to make it a great celebration for him!! Last week Charlee Kate and I had a scavenger hunt for him to go on. There were little happys along the way but it ended with his big gift! A Breitling bracelet (aka...watch band). I now know all the watch lingo after talking to the guy in Atlanta over and over before ordering and finding it in the US. This is like a girl having a designer handbag... We hope he loved it!! I got a little guidance from his friend Steven though! 

We hope this day is wonderful for him! He picked Little Donkey for the place to eat tonight! His choice... Them Steel City Pops! Happy birthday Jeremy! 

Pictures to catch up!

Some pictures to catch up on from the last few weeks. My fabulous neighbor who has just become one of my best friends, threw a Sprinkle for me about 3 weeks ago. This was just for all my sweet, close friends here in Birmingham. I just wanted something small and simple. After the baby is born, Sue will give the Sprinkle for all our family and close family friends. This particular Sprinkle was the weekend before Halloween. She had it decorated just precious! Of course, Alexa's house is beautiful anyways!!! Here are a few pictures from the shower. Not nearly as many as I wanted, but a lot of them were really dark!

New stroller

There were 2 big things I always wanted if I got pregnant again. The designer diaper bag (check!) and the double BOB stroller (check!). My parents gave us the stroller. We travel around town in the stroller like it's our car so we are already using it and CK loves it!! Now just waiting on baby brother or sister to join! This isn't the best picture but one from after school when I picked her up last week. 

Whew what a great weekend and a long one at that! 75% of decorating done..finishing today, great ending to a bama game!!!! And...gorgeous weather with cold cold weather heading our way. My nephew was in town from AU and went to the bama game with my dad and Jeremy. He stayed through Sunday afternoon which was nice too. Charlee Kate loved having him around.

New pictures

Days are great...can't believe my weeks are slowly coming to an end. Bittersweet because I love being pregnant! With Charlee Kate I always hoped for another pregnancy so I knew/hoped it wasn't the end, but this will be my last baby. I just don't want to go through any of the fertility again and 2 is a good number. I want to hold this sweet baby and meet him/her, yet... I will miss those kicks and that baby in my tummy. It's crazy but I just love it! I also LOVE this time of the year.... Cool weather, holidays, football! This weekend my house will be decorated for Christmas except the live tree and garland. I am always an early bird but I want it up before Baby Wilson comes. I have a lot of presents already and they are wrapped, but I can always manage to get the shopping in... haha. I just need the decorating done. I also want to enjoy every minute with Charlee Kate before Baby Wilson comes. So many exciting things to look forward to!

Belly pictures.... finally! There were so many to go through and everytime I look at them, I find new ones, like new ones, etc... but these are some of my favorites, right now at least. My most favorite is Charlee Kate on my belly. I love love that one!!! Those are my 2 babies!
